Chicken Marsala
This dish is awesome! The only thing I did different was use all marsala wine because I did not have cooking sherry and it was great! I served it over spagetti and with a green vegetable. I made this because I had to cook the chicken that was in the fridge or it will spoil. I was hungry, my fiance was not. When it was all ready I made a plate for myself and fed a bite to him while he was in the middle of a sentence. Well he lost his thought and had to stop and go make a plate for himslef too. So yummy and so quick to make!
