About this Cook
Well, I am here to learn! If I won the lottery, I would go to culanary school in a heartbeat. Actually, first I would go buy really nice knives, an entire set, then go to school :) My dream is to be able to look into a pantry, pick 5 things and make an unforgettable dish. I try new stuff everyday, but my favorite thing to cook is fish. It is such a challenge, you can over/under cook so easily, and sometimes you need seasoning, but sometimes seasoning just ruins the flavor of the fish... I love the fact that I am getting better everday, and thanks for all the great recipies!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Wine and family.

Cake Balls
Awesome!! As others have said, be sure you chill the cake/icing mixture, roll them out chilled and CHILL AGAIN!! It makes the dipping in chocolate step so much easier! I melted Andes mint chocolates, used chocolate cake and creme cheese icing, and they were amazing!!! The mixture made around 50, and they were gone within 20 min! What a wonderful recipie, thanks so much!
