Well, I am here to learn! If I won the lottery, I would go to culanary school in a heartbeat. Actually, first I would go buy really nice knives, an entire set, then go to school :) My dream is to be able to look into a pantry, pick 5 things and make an unforgettable dish. I try new stuff everyday, but my favorite thing to cook is fish. It is such a challenge, you can over/under cook so easily, and sometimes you need seasoning, but sometimes seasoning just ruins the flavor of the fish... I love the fact that I am getting better everday, and thanks for all the great recipies! Wine and family.
