Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
This was great! The family loved it for dinner. I made it as the recipe stated except I used fresh pineapple and added some minced onion. I was going to cook it in my slow cooker, but I used my electric skillet instead. I cooked it for a few hours. I used bone-in chicken thighs and breasts. The meat was very tender.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
Such a wonderful cake, but so easy to make! I followed the recipe exactly except I put less choclate chips in. I would go ahead and put all of them in the next time, and maybe experiment with some white chocolate or mild chocolate chips. We had several people over for a casual party, and the entire cake was gone by the end of the night.

Vicki's Hush Puppies
I made hush puppies for the first time with this recipe and they were wonderful. I added some garlic powder and pepper.
