I have been happily married for 11 years. We have 3 sons a 9 year old and 17 month old twins!! Life is pretty hectic, but I wouldn't change a thing. My specialty is lasagna, but I love pretty much anything. My husband complains that we don't have many repeats! I love trying new things. My husband is Danish so we always have a Danish Christmas. The meal is fantastic and always memorable. I have always made pot roast in a slow cooker, but found a recipe that had it cooking on the stove top in my dutch oven. It was fantastic! We also had sauteed parsnips in herb butter as a side...yummy!! If you haven't tried parsnips you should. I don't think I will ever make a pot roast in the slow cooker again. I must admit I cannot make a tuna casserole to save my life. It doesn't seem to matter what recipe I use it always comes out dry and crunchy. To quote Alton Brown..."That is not good eats!"
