Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
It was ok, but I will not be making it again. It was a little too spicy for my partner, it didn't need the shrimp and I felt it tasted quite bitter at the end - so I added a little sugar. I think this recipe did taste like a Jambalaya but it needs adjusting to suit individual taste.
