Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

I have never thought of using mayo in my cake, but this was a wonderful cake. I have to agree the brown sugar icing was too sweet.

I was in the mood for biscuits, but wanted something easy. I found this recipe and I have to say it was super easy and taste just as good. This will be the way to make biscuits versus buying premade. I would not change a thing.

Best Brownies

This was the easiest recipe I have come across. My family loved it so much it only made it a day. I do agree you do not need the frosting for this one. I will definitely use this again.

Broccoli Rice Casserole

My family really enjoyed this meal. After reading some of the ratings I did add additional seasonings. That made it even better. I will be making it again.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This was the first time I have every made banana bread. This was the perfect recipe for a beginner. I did take advise from another review and added cinnamon to the mixture. I will definately do this again.
