Not sweet enough. I put sugar on top to help, but no good. I had to add extra flour as the batter DID NOT stiffen as recipe said it would. Not good either for trying to make shapes with. Cookies stuck to cutters. Not good at all.

I had to add more sugar and honey. I also had to cook it longer, but it still didn't taste right. I ended up making it into croutons. I will try a different recipe next time.

I used bread I made that didn't come out just right and this is a great reicpes to salvage a big mistake. Best mistake in fact I have ever made. I cut the croutons a little bit bigger and served them as hours de vours. sp? with a nice alfredo dip in the middle of my plate. It was a nice touch that I wouldn't have normally used at my dinner party.
