Pastry for Double-Crust Pie
awesome pie crust. Flaky, tasty, so perfect to go along with a pot pie! Second the suggestion to roll each crust in between two pieces of waxed paper, as this makes ALL of the difference for crumble factor.

Veggie Pot Pie
A really good recipe all around. We did some tweaking, took out greenbeans and cauliflower and added peas, corn and diced tofu. I also used water instead of broth and added sage, rosemary and a few other seasonings instead. Needed an adtl Tbsp of cornstarch as well.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
A good basic and delicious crust. I didn't have cheese cloth to roll out on, but I rolled out with waxed paper on top and bottom after chilling in the freezer for 30 minutes and it came out perfect!
