Lime Fish Tacos
Awesome fish tacos! I added chili powder to the fish while sauteeing them, and cumin to the sauce. Served with homemade pico de gallo and spanish rice.

Strawberry Avocado Salad
What a treat for the tastebuds. It's very sweet, though, so you may want to cut down on the sugar in the dressing and add more lettuce. I use spring mix.

Ranch Dressing II
So easy - why buy bottled? I use fat-free sour cream and light mayo and it's still great. Add some vinegar and a touch of sugar/sweetener to make a zesty salad topper.
