A-Number-1 Banana Cake
made this for my sons 3rd bithday- we were on vacation at the bbeach he's allergic to milk and eggs and my father in laws diabetic- so there were many many substitutions but it was very yummy none the less thanks for the basics :)

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations
We have several allergies to deal with so store cake mixes don't work for us. I just substitute egg replacer and soy milk and it works very well- this is our recipe of choice for birthday cakes

Super Easy Doughnuts
My son is allergic to milk and eggs so we used soy milk and egg replacer and they came out very very nice. He was so happy to get donuts. We liked them as holes better than rolled out- I rolled the dough to thin. We'll definitely use this again
