I wanted to get into shape, but I really wasn't making any effort at all to do so. After an oral surgery that prevented me from chewing a lot for a while, I decided to pick up some soy milk to try and get some protein from my near liquid diet. I became interested in healthier alternatives, and taught myself to cook to start eating healthier. I lost about 40 lbs rather quickly after changing my diet, and I am still slowly losing inches.
My favorite things to cook
I looooove to cook with asparagus, and avocado. I also like to use sun-dried tomatoes, and coconut milk often.
My cooking tragedies
I cannot cook rice for my life. This is something I will work on.
