I have a husband and 3 adorable little girls. We live in beautiful NC, home of the white (not albino) squirrels. I LOVE baking and cooking and throwing parties where I can serve lots of of different recipes. Love to make breads, cookies, cakes, muffins, soups, and most everything else from scratch. At least once a month having a big breakfast with omelets, bacon, potatoes, and waffles or pancakes. Also bringing fresh warm goodies to friends and family in winter when it's cold outside and warm yummy food makes you happy. Making the best cheesecake I've ever had on my 1st cheesecake attempt. Becoming a professional baker, after I finally listened to everyone telling me "this is sooo good you should have a bakery/ or you should sell this" about almost everything I fed them. having a pot that seemed unable to handle being on a stove (seriously, this pan tried to burn water) and ruined a BIG batch of meat and vegetable sauce for spaghetti
