Country Apple Cobbler
This was pretty good. It is definitely not my favorite apple dessert, but it is good for every once in awhile.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
These are scrumptious!! This recipe is the only recipe I will use for pancakes now. I have been making these for several months and have been wowed by them everytime. We always have leftovers (being that there are only 3 of us), so I pop the pancakes in the toaster the next day and they are delish!!
