Rainbow Cookies

I love this cookie !!!I add 1 tsp of almond extract ,I double the recipie because is too thin for a 13x9 pan!!! I dont want my cookie fall apart !!I put just rasberry jam for filling.I melt the chocolate and cut when is almost firm so they dont break ,Thank you for the recipie

I dont use water chestnut I add green onion and Knorr vegetable soup mix ,Italian or sourdough bread are great for this recipie

Blueberry Pie

This is a great recipie I add 4 tbsp of cornstarch and 6 cups of blueberry 2 tbsp of lemon juice .If you make with frozen blueberry will be just as good ,just make sure to cook the blueberry with sugar for 12 minutes in the pan ,cool and transfer to the oven in the middle rack ,my family love this pie with strawberry ice cream

Carrot Cake III

This is a great recipie I add 1 tbsp of vanilla and 1 tbsp of cinamon ,I double the ice because I make in the 9 inche pan so I have enough for filling and top ,pecan or walnut is great for the recipie thank you for sharing

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I think is a great recipe ,congratulation!!!I put 6 apples (grany smith)pell and core ,put in the water with lemon so the apples dont turn bronw,dry the apples toss in 1/2tbsp of cinamom and 4 tbsp of flour.To the caramel sauce 1/2 tbsp of vanilla an 4 tbsp of heavy cream I add the apples to the caramel I cook the apples with the caramel sauce for 8 minutes,so I put the apples mixture in the pie shell.I cook this pie for 45 minutes is delicious ,thank you for the recipe
