With a little tweaking, this dish is very good. Changes I made: 1)Omitted the cilantro, 2)Used olive oil instead of vegetable, 3)Added extra broccoli, carrots & cauliflower, 4)Instead of boiling, stir-fried the vegetables after the chicken was cooked, 5)Used angel hair pasta instead of linguine. Although the dish smelled great, the pasta was dry and didn't have enough flavor. 6)I threw in some oyster sauce & a little more soy sauce and it made a world of difference. My husband went back for thirds!
