Mom's Zucchini Bread
This is awesome!! My husband couldn't stop eating it. I did make some changes to make it healthier: I used 2c whole wheat flour and 1c whole wheat pastry flour, 2c unrefined cane sugar (rapadura), 1c coconut oil, and I used 4c zucchini like one other reviewer said. It turned out perfect! Thanks!
