I doubled the recipe but put it in a 8x12 pan and it didn't really work out so good, they were too cooked on the outside and too raw on the inside. but the flavor was nice, thanks for the recipe

African Peanut Soup

Oh My Gosh. This is wonderful, definately not what I expected. It seemed a little odd, but the taste is absolutely addictive. The family really liked it too. It tastes better the next day as left overs too. I did have to boil the brown rice 40 minutes or so, not the recommended 15. Thanks for a great recipe.

we doubled the chocolate chips and left out the nuts and just dropped it by spoonfuls on a baking sheet, it is the best cookie recipe I have tried!! Love this!

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

I just baked these and I can't stop eating them!! I did them just the way it said, but I baked them for 10 min. and added just about a 1/2 tsp or so of cinnimon to the flour mixture before adding it to the other mixture. OMG, these are perfect. Thanks for a great recipe.

This was YUMMY! I used Carribean Jerk seasoning in addition to the ones in the recipe and my family LOVED this dish, even my husband who hates chicken on the bone. I served it with rice in a bowl, kinda like a soup, it was wonderful, thanks for the recipe.

Baked Chicken with Peaches

This wasn't horrible, but this wasn't great either. I cut the spices way down since I was only doing 4 chicken breasts and I still had too much after really really coating the food with it. I added the cumin, which gave it a nice twist, but it still was just okay. There was lots of juice, but the chicken seemed a bit dry. Thanks for the recipe, but it just didn't do it for us.

This was very very good, I had to substitute canned mushrooms and I added some leftover heavy cream that I had but this was very delicious, the crust turned out just like I wanted it to be, so thanks for the recipe!

This was exceptionally moist and tender. Yummy flavor that the whole family loved, I will use this again! I only marinated for a few hours because I forgot the night before, but it was still great!

Irish Boiled Dinner (Corned Beef)

This was great, I boiled my beef two hours in the morning, then a hour before dinner, layer the cabbage, beef, and potatoes, and boiled for 45 more minutes, perfect.
