Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies

Overall this is a very tasty recipe. I added a few things that others suggested (vanilla, baking soda, brown sugar). Next time, I will omit the baking soda, in hope of a heavier cookie as these were almost cake-like. Also, next time I will cut the sugar back by 1/2 cup. These were VERY sweet. I used natural peanut butter, so that might explain the variation. I will definitely make these butter-free cookies again. My kids and husband loved them.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

I made this recipe as is to ice a batch of cupcakes, and it turned out perfectly. It's MUCH better than store-bought icing, and I will make it again. Thanks.

Creamy Spinach Soup

This recipe was quick, easy, and tasted great! I threw in a handful of chopped mushrooms and signifcantly more spinach to increase the nutritional value. Next time, I will serve with crusty bread. My family loved it.

Garlic Butter

I took this recipe to a Christmas party with artisan bread, and it was a huge hit. I omitted garlic salt, because I didn't have any and added a touch of sea salt. Turned out great!

Caramel Popcorn

Wow! This was my first try at caramel popcorn and this recipe is perfect as is! I made 2 batches, and cut down on the butter in the 2nd and could not tell the difference. This one is a keeper!

Frosted Cranberries

I also used corn syrup instead of egg whites. This recipe is great--it's fast, easy, beautiful, and tastes delicious. A healthier treat than candy, and much prettier!
