Overall this is a very tasty recipe. I added a few things that others suggested (vanilla, baking soda, brown sugar). Next time, I will omit the baking soda, in hope of a heavier cookie as these were almost cake-like. Also, next time I will cut the sugar back by 1/2 cup. These were VERY sweet. I used natural peanut butter, so that might explain the variation. I will definitely make these butter-free cookies again. My kids and husband loved them.
