They were okay. Second time I tried this: One box SPICE cake mix, the pumpkin and one egg. That eliminates the spice mixture and these were even moister and had more of a "harvesty" flavor. They did not last a day. Great for breakfast, snack, etc..

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Delicious! I, too thought the batter was very thick and a bit concerned, but boy was I wrong. These puffed nicely and held together wonderfully. The only thing I did different was decrease the butter by 3 tablespoons. Thanks for the recipe!!

Amy's Sausage Apple Pie

2 stars because of the ease, but my family hated this. The textures did not mesh well and the taste was not one we care to repeat.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

This cookie was good. Switched the sugars amounts and would decrease the peanut butter to prolly 1/4 cup next time. Came out plump, not flat and tasted wonderful.
