Banana Sour Cream Bread
Delicious!! I followed the recipe exact, without the nuts. I did add chocolate chips to half the batter. Boy was that a great idea! I wish I put them in the whole thing. Next time I may put dried apples or some chopped stawberries to see how it goes. mmmmm!

Honey Peanut Granola
Very Good. I did not add the peanuts, but I did add mini chocolate chips. On one batch I sprinkled in some leftover toffie bits I had. mmmmm. I tried one batch with marshmallows, that did not turn out. I dont suggest that.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
This was really good. I made the changes everyone else had suggested. Definatelty will make this one again!
