Working and going to school full time makes for not much free time. When I get the chance I do like to read as well as catch up on my tv shows. Home made pizza, pasta, and cheesecakes! :) Being from the island of Guam, BBQ (or grilling) is a big deal back home. Also making home made pork sausage which we call chorizo. I recently learned how to make that with my auntie and I hope to continue that tradition of making sausage and then passing it down to my children one day. Pumpkin Cheesecake and stuffed mushrooms have been good to me. scalloped potatoes on a large scale...it was not a tasty Easter.
