Orzo with Parmesan and Basil
Delicious! We've made this several times as a side dish and loved it. Added browned sweet turkey italian sausage and it was delicious as a main dish with broccoli on the side. YUM! Thanks for the recipe!!

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs
This recipe is SOOO fabulous!! We make it all the time and I honestly can't imagine using jarred sauce again. The meatballs are super tender even when I use 94% lean ground beef which tends to be a bit more dry! I only use 2 Tbsp of sugar, increase the water to 2 cups and only 1 can tomato paste. Wonderful each time we make it!

Beer Brats
The brats were fabulous. We didn't eat the brats on a bun and I wasn't crazy about the onions on their own. Maybe on a bun I would've liked them better. I used a darker beer and let the brats boil for about 20 minutes. We cooked them on an indoor grill and they turned out great. Super easy for a weeknight dinner or a cookout. Thanks for the great recipe!
