I live in Corona, CA. I've been cooking since I was a kid and I've always have had a knack for cooking. I've gotten a lot of really nice recipes for this website. Rick- JAMMINGUITAR@CARE2.COM My mom used to make Salvadorian food when I was a kid as my family comes from El Salvador but I was born in the U.S. When I was 10 years old, I made this roast that was influenced from the coast of India. I can't remember the name of the town specifically but I made it for my aunt for her birthday and she loved it as well as other family members. I was once working on one of my recipes that I'm well known for and that was my: "Ricardo's Arroz Con Pollo" which means Rick's Chicken with Rice. It's named after me(Rick). One day I had to make a large of this recipe for a cooking contest but instead of using my normal teflon pan, I used a metal soup pan. Big mistake as the rice cooked to quickly and burned it all up.
