Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Thanks KimberlynJason we had friends and family over the house for a potluck. everyone loved it. I was really suprised when the kids ate it and came back for more. I wouldn't change a thing on this recipe. everytime there is a potluck, everyone asks for the casserole.

Turkey Brine

I've been deep frying turkeys for years now because I like how juicy the meat turns out. I heard about turkey brine recipes and thought I'd give it a shot. I brined my 16 pound turkey for 24hrs and then deep fried it. It turned out 10x's better. The meat was even more juicer than I thought it ever be. I will always brine/deep fry a turkey from now on.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

left out the flour, doubled on everything except the chicken broth. I used white wine instead. reduced it down and add a little bit of corn starch to make it thicker. Will make this again Thanks

Cocktail Meatballs I

I used frozen meatballs, no salt, just a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a jar of welches concord grape jelly and a jar heinz chili sauce. Through it all in a crockpot and poof! its all gone!! everyone ate it all.

Chocolate Trifle

We just had our x-mas party with a bunch of friends of ours and it was a big hit!!! I even heard someone say that it was like eating a piece of heaven. I did change it up a little. I did follow some of the suggestion here. Thanks for a great recipe will do this one again.

Garlic Prime Rib

I just wanted to say thanks Chen for a great recipe. My family and neighbors agree that this is the best tasting prime they ever had. I followed the recipe to the T and the meat turned out awsome. I will definitely make this again.
