Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots
Needed some tweaks but good basic recipe- use garlic salt instead of regular salt. reduce wine to 1/4 cup, a little fresh rosemary and also add artichoke hearts after wine, but before the broth and simmer for about two minutes, returning chicken to the pan for another minute or until fully cooked (I only lightly browned on both sides during the first step then returned to the pan)

Chicken Enchiladas V
Easy and great recipe, but needed a little spice- I added 3 Tablespoons of Cayenne Petter Sauce and doubled the chili powder. Also poured a little chicken taco seasoning (liquid form) on top to add flavor to the zing
