Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is a recipe I have used for MANY years. I normally cook in the oven at 325 for about 3 hours. My husband prefers my pot roast to his mother's. Pretty good!

Grenadian Spice Cake

Made this and took to work for our monthly breakfast. It was very well received. I baked just as directed (this first time). Next time I would probably up the spices also. But really good!
