My favorite things to cook
I love cooking everything! I think my favorite things to cook change with the season. Through the holidays I love making pies and trying new pastry recipes. During the summer I love making meals with the herbs and veggies that I grow on my fire escape.

Thai Charred Eggplant with Tofu
i dont know what i did wrong - but this did not taste good at all. maybe it was too sweet?

Pinwheel Meatloaf
this was awesome. i added garlic powder to the meat as well as the spinach mixture. i also didnt have cheddar cheese so used a pre-shredded pizza mix - which made me nervous but like i said - AWESOME. oh yeah - i added a bit of basil to as well!

One Minute Chocolate Icing
This was great. I didnt have any vanilla extract so I just decided to mix in some peanut butter. It tastes awesome!
