Broccoli Cheese Soup
This is really good. Giving it five stars despite the changes I made as the ingredients are the same, just the amounts are different. I only added two cans of chicken broth. When I melted the cheese after the broccoli was cooked, it was the consistency I wanted, so I only added 1/2 cup milk, and no water or cornstarch. Made it a little richer, but the flavor is excellent!
