Amish White Bread
Delicious! I love this bread because you generally have all of the ingredients on hand. I also substitute 2 cups of white flour for whole wheat flour. I also add 4 tsp of wheat gluten which makes the loaves perfect!

Mexican Rice III
Great recipe and easy to change. I used brown rice and increased liquid by 3/4 cup water. Took about 40 minutes to cook though, not 20. Used fresh salsa with cilantro instead of the tomato and ommitted the jalapeno pepper. Very good!

Sweet Potato Bread I
Excellent! I cut back just a tad on the spices and was wonderful. My 2 year old son loves this bread.
