Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
Super yummy and enough dressing for double the salad. I also cut the sugar in half and used pecans instead. Oh, I think the salad would taste better without the swiss cheese or use parmesan cheese instead. But dressing is very good!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
easy and tasty! I did what others did...added 1 potato, cubed, 1/2 tsp of pepper instead of 1/4tsp, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning. To stretch the sauce I added 2 cups of chicken broth instead of 1 3/4 cup and 1 cup milk instead of 2/3 cup.

Excellent! I added turkey instead of chicken and also added some orzo and napa cabbage and tasted awesome. Will make again! Thanks!

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
First reviewer was correct. Didn't add the coffee, only added 1/4 cup beef broth and 2/3 bottle of BBQ sauce and it still came out with so much liquid that I took it out in the last hour and added cornstarch to thicken it over the stove as a sauce for the sandwiches. I also added grilled onions in the last hour when I put in the last 1/3 bottle of BBQ sauce in.

Savory Pork Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2007
Very tasty but remember to DICE the potatoes and definitely cook longer - at least 3 hours. I ended up taking it out of the slow cooker and into a dutch oven for the last hour because I had company coming over and the potatoes were solid after an hour on high! But it still turned out very tasty.
