Bourbon Chicken
this was pretty good. I doubled the recipe and also cut back on the bourbon and marinated overnite. I cooked for 55 minutes but that was a little too long, next time i will cut back on the cooking time. My family loved it, but i noticed when i was cooking that the bourban was very strong, so i added some corn syrup and more brown sugar and it came out very good (a little on the sweet side, but thats what my kids like). I will definately be making this again. Thanks for the recipe and the extra tips.
