Taco Bake
YUM!! I cook for 8 people, so I did 2lbs of ground sirlion, 1 1/2 pkgs of taco seasoning, 1 cup of salsa, 1 can of Basil, garlic and oreg sauce, and 1 can plain tomato sauce, can of white corn, and 1 can of kidney beans. I omitted the chilies because I had them in the salsa, and also in the diced tomatoes. I used elbow macaroni becuase that is what I had on hand. Mixed it together and I baked and topped it with half doritoes and half fritoes (Crushed). Baked it for 20 mins and then I added sharp cheddar cheese and mexican blend. I placed it on a bed of shredd lettuce and topped it with sour cream and a teaspoon of salsa. This receipe was very YUMMY!! It was a hit with even my kids. We all had 2 helpings!! There was even enough left to have it the next day....and it was very good as re-runs as well!! Enjoyed it and will add to my list of things to make for the month!!

My family Really enjoyed this receipe! It was very Yummy, and we loved the Kidney Beans added to it. I added an extra can of Itilian style tomatoes and a large can of tomatoe sauce to the recipe and it made it extra yummy! We will add this to our monthly menu.
