AMAZING recipe! I made them in a few shapes, and as per my favorite pretzel place, I made them with a few different toppings...garlic powder and salt with ranch to dip it in is possibly my favorite. :)
I threw about six into the freezer in zip locs, hopefully they'll hold up and reheat well. I plan to oven reheat them as another person suggested.
Be prepared for your hands to get a little sore when you roll it out...but otherwise, it's easy!
I made mine in a bread machine. Just threw in the dough ingredients and set it.
The only thing I might suggest is using a damp cloth to cover the dough while you're rolling...the outside of the dough began to dry before I got the chance to go back and roll them more, so all of my pretzels had a slightly odd-looking texture from the dried dough being rolled further. It didn't seem to affect the taste, nor the texture in my mouth, so it turned out just fine.
