this was my first yeast bread ever...i tried it out on thanksgiving morning and all was well till the last rise ...it didnt rise....? i have now been making alot of bread an have never had this problem again so maybe it was just cuz i was inexperienced bread maker . i will try this again this thanksgiving...oh and yes i still served them an everyone ate them and didnt say a word....good guest lol

i made this along with a meatloaf for my husband and i was not too impressed with the lentil loaf. it was dry...kinda bland and needed something added to it. Maybe next time i will add the orange preserves mixture i put on his meatloaf. In the end i had a huge amount of the loaf left and tried making sandwiches with it...i melted some cheese overtop trying to not have to throw it out. but in the end half the loaf went in the garbage. :( And iam a lentil lover so i am not too sure what went wrong....?

If you love rosemary ...you will LOVE this bread! I used fresh rosemary from my garden(3tbs) and at end of baking i brushed with EVOO and sprinkled fresh ground pepper and garlic ontop....its great as toast...for sandwiches...or just eating sliced w/out butter. Thanks for a great bread recipe!!
