I am a 31 year old bachelor who lives on a small acreage in Southeast Nebraska. Friends and family are important to me.

Meat, of course. I also to cook cajun/creole, southwestern, greek, italian cuisines. I have a gourmet flare to my dishes. I am always looking for cool ways to present and serve my creations.

My cooking triumphs
I'll just list them: Oven baked jambalaya, baked spaghetti, crawfish stuffed ravioli in basil cream sauce, smoked beef brisket, hickory smoked boston butt, mushroom pizza with truffle oil, cheesecake, beef summer sausage, bourbon bbq sauce, garlic butter basted salmon fillet, enchilada's in homemade chili sauce, and tzatziki sauce, salt-crusted prime rib roast.

my grandma's bread, cheesy-corn souffle, crab rangoon, several experiments in my kitchen :-)

Not too bad. The seasoning and marinade may have been overpowering for such a great fish.

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs
Pretty good. I could see myself making it again. I might add some salt and peppers. I like it to have a little more zip.
