Mini Zucchini Bread
This was delicious although I found it a bit sweet. Next time I will try less sugar and more zucchini. Also, it works out just great without the mollases.

Lacking spice, next time I will add more spices so it is not so bland.

Honey Curried Chicken
DELICIOUS. I boiled the ingredients on the hob for 5 minutes and used fresh mushrooms - everyone loved this recipe!
