Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake
Made this with veggie crumbles and was FANTASTIC. I felt the meat/veggie mixture was a bit dry without the beef juices so I added a splash more each of water, wine, and half and half. Needed to cook for about 55 minutes to get the potatoes soft. Turned out AMAZING. Loved the flavors.

Fatoosh
Oh yeah! This must be the best Fattoush recipe on allrecipes.com even if they spelled it wrong! Love the dressing. Can mix and match the greens and veggies to your hearts content. I will use this recipe often!

Sweet Minglers
Yum! We substituted some of the chex mix with pretzels and nuts and it tastes great! Also, we put the dry ingredients into the plastic bag and poured the melted chocolate and peanut butter on top and mixed. Then we added the powdered sugar to the same bag and mixed. This method seems to minimize breakage of the cereal and is surprisingly mess-free.
