Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables
Surprisingly good! Doesn't seem like there's much to it, but it really tasted great. We added a chopped jalapeno to the veggies in the recipe and used veggie quorn tenders. Yum!

Taro Coconut Tapioca Dessert
It wasn't sweet enough for me and too much liquid. It's not that I don't like Asian desserts, because I LOVE red beans, mung beans, etc. in coconut milk for desert. I'm guessing it's the taro that doesn't work for me.

Pumpkin Coffee Cake
Super tasty! Only had 1/2 c sour cream but used 1 c pumpkin. In cake, reduced sugar to 3/4 c and doubled salt. Sprinkled salt on top. Used 9x13 pan. Turned out perfect!
