Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

What a great recipe! It has a teriyaki type flavor to it. It's very thick. We grilled and put the marinate on as it was cooking. Next time we will marinate it over night as others have recommended. This is a keeper.

Raspberry Lemon Muffins

Great recipe, I used extra lemon zest and fresh lemon juice. I did use fresh raspberries instead of frozen. They came out great. I took another reviewer's suggestion and sprinkled a little sugar on them but I didn't notice any difference in taste.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

This was such an awesome recipe. It's very light and full of flavor. I used a cup and 1/2 of blueberries. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and for the topping I used brown sugar instead of white sugar. I used an ice cream scoop to fill the muffin pan and it yielded 10 muffins. I will double the recipe next time to get more muffins.

Maple Zucchini Bread

This was an excellent recipe. My husband took it to work and it was gone within minutes. I used between 2 and 3 cups of zucchini. The maple is suttle not overwhelming.

Apple Pie Bread

This was a good recipe, but the bread itself was very heavy. It actually spilled onto the cookie sheet that I had the bread baking on. Next time I will use two loaf pans or one very large pan. The other thing was that there is a lot of cloves. If you like cloves its great but I will cut back on the cloves next time. This is a perfect bread for Fall where the taste of cloves would be more welcome.

Summer Vegetable Ratatouille

This is a very good recipe, I followed a reviewer's suggestion by cooking everything in a large pot. It does yeild quite a bit. This would be a perfect dish for a potluck. This is also a great dish because there is so much in it you can modify anyway you want.

Lemon Blueberry Bread

This bread has lots of flavor, and it is extremely moist. I used real lemons and fresh blueberries. I did however have a problem with the bread itsself. The middle sunk and the blueberries all went to the bottom. When I removed it from the pan some of the blueberries stuck, but the loaf was mainly intact. I loved the recipe and I will definatley try it again.

Lemon Bread

I loved this recipe. I didn't change anything but I did listen to the other comments about adding more lemon. I used two whole small lemons for the juice and the zest. I also put some holes on top of the loaf to allow the glaze to drip inside. It was awesome.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins

I was hesitant to make this recipe based on the other reviews. Unfortunatley they were right. This recipe wasn't what I expected. They were good but not great. I was worried about the comments about it yielding so much so I decided to put the dough into a cake pan. This worked perfectly, but you have to watch the time more carefully. If I make them again I'll lower the temp to 350F, I think 375 was to high, mine were a little burnt. They had a great taste and they were extremely moist. I used extra blueberries like the other reviews recommented. I will try this recipe again with cranberries.

Cranberry Orange Bread

I loved the flavors of this recipe. I did however have issues w/ it being a little dry. I think it's because I used dried cranberries instead of fresh or frozen ones. Next time I will try it with fresh. I also had to cook it an extra 30 minutes but that was probably because of the atltitude. I live on top of a mountain at 7500 feet. The flavor was fantastic and I will definately try again.

Apple Bread

This was a good recipe however I did struggle because the dough was dry. I did manage to get a consistency good enough to pour into the tin. I also added walnuts and found a dutch apple bread recipe (from this site)that had a great toppng. My husband took it to work and they all loved it.

Pumpkin Cheese Bread I

This is a fantastic recipe. It yielded 3 loafs. I used homemade pumpkin and the cream cheese makes for a nice texture and added taste.
