I also like to bake cakes for birthdays and prepare special meals for Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day, and Fathers' Day. Almost everything I cook I was frying chicken tenders and decided I would try to use ranch dressing to get the batter to stick to the chicken since I had no eggs. It added great flavor, but the breading fell off. :(
