Oven-Roasted Potatoes
These potatoes were so simple to make and were great. I did add a little garlic powder and used coarse ground pepper. I cooked them for an hour and they turned out so tender but not mushy. These are a great side dish when you want something just a little different. My husband absolutely loved them and will make again soon I'm sure.

Oven Chicken Fingers
My husband and I really liked this recipe as an alternate to frying. I baked them for 25 minutes and then broiled for about 7 just to make the breading a litte crispy. I will make them again.

Tangy Garlic Steak
This is a good simple marinade which turned out perfect. I marinaded the steak for about five or six hours and grilled it up and it was very good. This is a great recipe for someone who doesn't like to experiment with weird flavors like me, simple and good.
