Apple Tuna Sandwiches
I love this recipe. I didn't really change a thing and it's perfect. Because I am trying to reduce sodium, I do a very scant 1/4 tsp of salt...I could leave it out completely and I don't think it would be missed at all (if you are reducing sodium and used to lower salt flavor, the relish probably adds enough.) I serve it in whole wheat tortillas just because that is our preference around here over bread. The recipe is awesome! THANKS!!

Mississippi Mud Pie I
This was SO good! I made it exactly as the recipe calls for except I put chocolate sprinkles on top. A note: even though it is a "pie" it goes in a 9x13 pan NOT a 9" pie plate- it specifically says that in the directions though I noticed a couple reviewers didn't catch it. VERY good and we will definitely make again. Thanks!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
This is the best tasting chili I have ever had. My only complaint it that it is WAY too thick for my taste. I will be adding a can of tomato soup next time and will continue to alter to get it to my personal preference for thickness. Flavor-wise, though, the best ever. Thanks!
