WONDERFUL - turned out perfect (and I even halved the recipe.) I have never had luck with seven-minute frosting (or as my grandmother calls it, "sea foam icing"). The double boiler just doesn't work for me. I used my trusted Kitchen Aid and this method, and it worked great!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Very yummy and healthy! I left all day in the crockpot (on low) without any problems. It is soupy, but just use a slotted spoon to get the good stuff out, and then pour a little of the juicy over the rice. Very good!

Chocolate Rum Balls I

DELICIOUS! I used the reduced-fat wafers (didn't notice a difference at all) and almonds. I didn't realize they have to be stored for a few days, so my rum balls had quite a bit of a kick that night! However, everyone raved about them.

Barbara's Golden Pound Cake

Really great. I made it in two loaf pans, did not glaze (it was delicious on its own) and froze one. Even after I thawed the second one, the cake was fantastic.
