This is a 5 star recipe as long as you add 3 cups confectioners sugar instead of two. Perfect sweetness and cream cheese combo. I made this frosting for a baby shower cake and tinted it ivory. It spread nicely and held up well after being refrigerated overnight and then set out at room temperature for a few hours. People complimented the frosting over and over. I also layered the cake with this frosting in between layers and it was so tasty!

These were delicious. I used 8 ounces of cream cheese as others suggested. It was perfect. I also used half light and half dark brown sugar because that's all I had on hand. I had some tightly packed in one pan and just a few spread out in my second one. The packed ones came out moist and delicious and the others were hard on the outside and burnt a little on the bottom. Next time I'll make sure I have enough to tightly pack both pans. I added extra filling and next time I'll add more cinnamon too. I also spread melted butter on the tops halfway through baking and they came out wonderful!

This was delicious. I love strawberries but can't stand their tartness so I thought I'd give this dip a try. It was perfect. Not too sweet. Easy to dip when cool, not cold. Mine turned out nice, light and fluffy. I didn't refrigerate it before eating. I will definitely use this dip again and again and try it with plain cream cheese as well!
