Easy Meatloaf
This was soooo good and easy. I made as directed, except I saute the onions and I either add carrots or peppers (diced and sauted) in and it has been really good. I don't make the topping though.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I was expecting a lot more from this ..as it was high rated. No one in my family ate it. It lacked flavor and the dumplings took hrs to cook (not 30 min). Won't be making this again.

Banana Cream Pie Made Easy
Ive been searching for a banana cream pie like this...as this is a staple for thanksgiving and xmas. This was so good. Only change I made was to add about 3/4 cup of powdered sugar (you will want to add it to taste) as it wasn't very sweet as is. Also I think next time I will not do the crushed ice.
