Lets see, Ill start off by saying that all of my cooking talent comes from my mom's great tastes in foods & growing up with her fabulous homemade cooking, & also comes from my Italian Grandpa 'POP'. He inspires me to get in touch with my italian background. His meatballs are to DIE for! Also my family makes Caputo wine & cheese, pecorino romano that we CANT get ENOUGH of!Growing up from a teen to an adult to a mommy I have learned many amazing ways to eat. My husband & I eat fish year round. He is a 1st mate out of Oregon Inlet and I used to be one too until the baby came along. He brings bags of tuna, mahimahi, wahoo, etc, home for us for dinner. That is, when its fishing season. We enjoy eating healthy & LOVE TO FISH! Our family has a history of boat building & offshore fishing. You can say my husbands 'Pop Pop' is a legend around here. We LOVE cooking & LOVE sharing new recipes. We hope you love our stuff, Tight Lines!!!

My cooking tragedies
There is only one real bad one that i can come up with right now...
My mom should remember.
We slaved over a hot stove for about an hour, haha, we were making home-made Chicken and dumplings... well we had a HUGE pot cooking away and dummy me went and turned up the heat and FRIED the bottom of the pot... leaving the rest of the soup tasting AND smelling like a fresh ASH TRAY! We tried to salvage it but it was no use...
Needless to say my mom made me completely START OVER and fix the pot all over again! it was exhausting, but the results were DELICIOUS!!! thanks mom!
