Chicken Cordon Bleu I
My husband and son loved it! I used Monterey Jack cheese and sliced deli ham (it's all I had) instead. I took the advice and cooked it @ 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Also used 2 cans of cream of chicken whisked with some water and added 3/4 to the pan before I put the chicken in, poured the rest over the top, sprinkled with bread crumbs, then covered with aluminum foil it was very juicy and delicious! Definently a once a week dinner!
