Omelet in a Mug
I have made this type of recipe for years only we do it when camping. You put the ingredients in a thick, sprayed ziplock and place in boiling water. After about 2 minutes pull out and squish with some tongs to redistribute any uncooked egg then boil for another minute or two. It comes out tube shaped and great for a pita or tortilla roll.
