Sweet Potato Bread I
This recipe deserves more than 5 stars! It is so simple to make, and yet tastes better than any bread you could buy in a bakery. I too used half white, half brown sugar as well as half oil, half applesauce. Also, apple juice instead of the water. Even my husband (who does NOT like sweet potatoes) LOVED IT!!!
