Fabulous! Made the recipe as is and had it with pure canadian maple syrup. We were all liking our plates! The oatmeal gives a nice texture, what if we soaked it for a few more minutes in the milk? Will try to see. Also can't wait to try the different variations proposed by the members: milk, buttermilk, evaporated milk,... and all the different fruit combinations possible (raspeberries, banana, strawberries) and whatever else I can conconct. Thanks for a great healthy pancake recipe that lends itself to many variations on the theme.
