Sweet and Savory Kale
Not sure what I did wrong, but the flavors were so strong we were unable to even eat it.

Zucchini Pie
Ended up more like a bread than a quiche. Would be fine as a side dish.

Chocolate-Zucchini Cupcakes
I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil and whole wheat white flour. Was delicious!
